One-Day Training Programme on Leadership and Employability – 13.10.2025

The Department of Commerce (Aided) and the Career Guidance and Placement Cell of A.P.C. Mahalaxmi College for Women, Thoothukudi, in association with the Rotary Club of SPIC Nagar, organized a One-Day Training Programme on Leadership and Employability on 13th October 2025 at Dr. V. Vasanthi Devi Hall from 9.30 a.m. to 3.15 p.m.
Mr. Ephrem Xavier, Organizational Behaviour Expert, served as the Resource Person for the programme. The interactive and activity-based sessions offered students valuable insights into leadership qualities, interpersonal skills, and the essential attributes required for professional success.
The training proved to be an enlightening experience, empowering students to enhance their employability and evolve as confident leaders of the future. 🌟
