IRCS was established in 1920 (constituted under the Act xv of 1920). In 1999 YRC of the college was started. RSP, a unit of YRC was inaugurated in the year 2001. We are pioneer in installing Road Safety Patrol in Thoothukudi and offering of service in the Government hospital and Thoothukudi Railway Station. Disaster management and blood donation are our focused area.
