Counselling Cell – Special Movie Screening – 15.09.2025

The Counselling Cell of A.P.C. Mahalaxmi College for Women, Thoothukudi organized a special movie screening “The Pursuit of Happiness” for the student members on 15th September 2025 at 10.00 a.m. in the Dr. Vasanthi Devi Hall.
The objective of the program was to motivate the students, strengthen their emotional well-being, and instill in them the values of hard work and optimism in the face of challenges.
The event began with a brief introduction by the coordinators of the Counselling Cell, Dr. R. Selvalatha, Dr. M. Rasi, and Dr. J. Beulah, who highlighted the importance of the film in relation to the students’ personal and academic growth.
The program concluded with an interactive feedback session where students shared their reflections on the movie and its relevance to their lives. The event was well received and appreciated and making it a memorable and impactful experience.
