National Faculty Development Programme – 19.06.2025 to 25th June 2025

The P.G. and Research Department of English at A.P.C. Mahalaxmi College for Women, Thoothukudi, in collaboration with the Nucleus of Learning and Development, successfully conducts a five day Online National Faculty Development Program titled “Belief Narratives: A Post-Structural Study” from 19th to 25th June 2025, under the framework of our MoU. Convened by Dr. Monica Ramraj, Head & Associate Professor of English and coordinated by Dr. R. Vadivukarasi, Assistant Professor of English, the FDP features Dr. Mridusmita Mahanta, Associate Professor and Head, Department of English, Sonapur College (Autonomous), Assam, as the resource person. The sessions, held from 8:00 to 9:00 PM on Google Meet, offers deep academic engagement on belief systems, social cohesion, theoretical frameworks, and research contexts through a post-structural lens. The program enriches teaching practices and encourages cross-institutional collaboration and critical inquiry.
